My Approach

My Approach to Team Leadership

My philosophy embraces servant leadership.

 

As a leader, I believe my role is to support and encourage the team to take ownership of the organization's success. Rather than taking control, I focus on helping team members develop the necessary skills to take ownership of a project and achieve their goals. By doing this, I can ensure that the team has the tools and resources they need to succeed, and ensure that a project will continue even when I move on to the next project.

 

Ultimately, my goal is to foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and ownership that will help the team reach their full potential.
